• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• Prices quoted in (USD, Rmb, or SAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours from the tour event local time will receive a full refund, there may be bank payment gateway fees.
• Refunds will not be accepted for cancellations made less than 24 hours from the tour event timing.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Tour Changes and Cancellations by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or government regulations.
• In the event of cancellation by us, customers will receive a full refund according to our policy or may choose an alternative tour or reschedule.
